Mission Statement
Unique Vision Entertainment’s mission is to support community development through investments in the housing structure of underdeveloped communities. We are very dedicated to the continuous investment in community members whom have become historically marginalized in society.
It is our mission to invest-in and strengthen the housing market by creating “affluent quality-style homes” through the purchase of existing real estate property for rehabilitation or demolishing and rebuilding structures through project development programs. These modified or rebuilt structures will be made affordable to low-income individuals and families in blighted communities. Unique Vision Entertainment is committed to partnering with financially strapped families who are at-risk of losing their homes. We are committed to helping families bridge the gap of historical opportunities available to non-marginalized Americans who seek financial and legal aid from financial and legal institutions.
Unique Vision Entertainment is committed to provide women with a history of domestic violence against them and who have engaged in drug abuse with opportunities to access transitional housing, psychological and counseling in life skills resources, health care, mentoring and basic daily necessities, including access to private transportation and bus passes.
Unique Vision Entertainment includes its dedication to furnish the above-stated housing programs to battered women and women recovering from substance abuse in association with nonprofit organizations recognized under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)3 tax-exempt charitable status.
Our main objective, then, is to support the village; to provide a second chance for underserved women and children who need help restructuring their lives. To accomplish our goals, Unique Vision Entertainment is committed to raising funds earmarked to support our community endeavors.
Unique Vision Entertainment is committed to supporting urban community development and empowering women and their families.
Unique Vision Entertainment has gained support from both public and private organizations who are interested in developing underserved communities and families. We are also eager to engage community members to support our community development initiatives through our program.
The purpose of our donation program is to purchase transitional housing, fund the domestic needs of women and children whom have been tragically impacted by domestic violence and/or substance abuse. At this point in time, we are forming a separate nonprofit organization under Internal Revenue Service Section 501(c)3 for tax-exempt status. While this process of approval is in process, we are preparing an announcement on www.gofundme.com to solicit funds that are predictably tax-deductible under gift tax laws (which have yet to be tested.)
From these gifts, then, Unique Vision Entertainment will purchase more transitional housing and real estate plus 10% of the proceeds will be given to a charitable organizations under Internal Revenue Service Section 501(c)3 that are solely Unique Vision Entertainment’s choice. These selected charitable organizations will partner with our goals to perform the social services necessary to help the women and children in our programs.
Unique Vision Entertainment, as a for-profit entity, has advantages above a tax-exempt organization, to enter into arrangements to garner funding, property, services that are usually not allowed unless the tax-exempt organization has received an expensive Ruling Letter by the Internal Revenue Service that specifically allows a narrow level of deviation from the tax code practices. Our goal is not to fight with established tax code, but to maximize the support we can create as a for-profit entity that sponsors tax-exempt organizations who elect or are already engaged with supporting the sector of society we are dedicated to help.

In return for your donation you will receive a “Seed Of Hope” ticket. Your ticket will be the result of your harvest, and this harvest will return to you during the announcement of a house giveaway.
Donation distribution is planned as follows:
10% donated to existing nonprofit organizations under Internal Revenue
Code Section 501(c)3 tax-exempt organizations eligible for tax-
deductible charitable contributions.
25% to purchase properties for outsourcing and supported by
Domestic Violence organizations, and
65% purchasing more homes
